About Pahalwan Ji :

Pahalwan ji mattha was set up in year 1962 by grandfather of vipin bihari shukla , his grandfather left out his job and started a startup called "Pahalwan Ji" mattha now, 

Mr. Vipin bihari shukla was professor at axis college and was trying to give a different identity to his grandfather's work. He wanted to grow the shop as a brand and For this they are also resorting to social media. 


INGREDIENTS : 

Multigrain bread is a type of bread prepared with two or more types of grain. Grains including barley, flax, millet, oats, wheat, and whole-wheat flour. 

Some varieties include edible seeds in their preparation such as flaxseed, quinoa, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.

Multigrain bread contain a dietary fibre and complex carbohydrates content of upto four times greater than white breads. Moreover, Mattha is made with basic ingredients like roasted jeera powder, ginger, Coriander, salt and Ofcourse, Youghurt!


Some More To Know :

During summers, we store the Mattha in Eastern pots so that they naturally remain cool. In fact, The south Indians make something similar to Mattha called "Neer Mor", which is equally tasty and delicious. Also, in South India Dahi is Thaiyar"
