HOW TO MAKE KALI MIRCH CHICKEN

The Indian black pepper chicken is also known as Murg Kali Mirch is an irresistible aromatic chicken curry that all non-vegetarian lovers must try at least ones!


The Murg Kali Mirch is a great dish that can be served at dinner parties, weekend meals, or any other special occasions, especially because almost all the murg kali mirch's ingredients will already be present at home and this is also considered to be an last-minute preparation for special occasions. 

This rich in cream dish goes perfect with any Indian flatbread like Kulchas, kasuri naan, Lachha Paratha, butter naan, roomali roti and phulka Parathas. 

Moreover, it can also be paired with bun or Mumbai Pav. All types of rice including Pulao, Jeera rice, Peas Pulao, Ghee rice and Khushka, taste stunningly with pepper chicken."

Ingredients

DRY INGREDIENT : Cashew nuts, Watermelon seeds, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Refined Oil, Turmeric Powder and salt

POULTRY : Chicken bones, Chicken breasts

VEGETABLES : Coriander roots, Onion, Ginger Tomato, Mint roots

DAIRY : Curd

OTHER: Ginger garlic paste, Water, Garlic, Green Chillies, pepper



Making :

    ●Take the chicken in a bowl, apply ginger galic paste, Curd, cumin powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder and salt. Keep it aside for 1 hour. 

    ●Heat the oil in a pan, saute with ginger and green Chillies. 

    ●Then add onion and fry it until golden brown in the colour. 

    ●Prepare the cashew nut paste by boiling onions, cashew, Watermelon seeds, and water together for 10 minutes. Then puree it in a blender to make paste. 

    ●Now add this cashew nut paste in fried onions and let it cook for 15 minutes on low heat. 

    ●Add garam masala powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, kasoori Methi, chopped mint, and Coriander leaves. Cook on slow heat for 5 Minutes. 

    ●Now grill the marinade chicken in tandoor. 

    ●Add grilled chicken in gravy and add 1 cup boil water. Let if cook on medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes. 

    ●Now Chicken kali mirch is ready.
